Hey James!! tachycardia, severe hiatal hernia scared!!! HELP!!

Hey James. I went out the other night, had some drinks, came home had a piece of fried chicken ( i know) went to bed and awoke with my heart going crazy like 180 bpm, palpitations, would not stop.. i got really scared and went to the hospital ( stupid, they gave me ativan, ekg fine, blood pressure 155/80 normally 115/75) heart rate 125 ( which stayed for a while) found nothing wrong went home. Now, i have very bad heartburn, i'm afraid to eat, gas burping and my heart rate is going up and down.. I know i have a hiatal hernia. i have been adjusting it manually, which is not working.. water not working... i know this has been the cause of basically everything going wrong with me... jaw pain, adrenal dysfunction, stress, chest pain, thyroid ( obviously irritating it), arm pain I have not gotten it professionally adjusted, and i am going to.. when would you suggest surgery? i am 40 lbs overweight and getting some off ( well i am not eating!!) i am taking magnesium malate... any other suggestions?? i am really scared and hungry!!! thanks James. xo Tweet
