TIA symptoms discoloured eyes and black nail lines

HI all

Just some background information:

I am 30 caucasian male , do not smoke or drink

I cannot drink caffeine or have too much sugars or I feel really bad and get TIA symptoms such as loss of feeling (like my fingers on the left hand a curling up), nausea etc..like im about to have a stroke

I have these black splinter splinter hemorrhages that appear on 4 nails - i read that it might be some heart disease. Should I be worried?

I have had them for a while





Please note that I have gingivitis, narrowed artery in the brain and also a gallbladder polyp

in addition i have this discolouration and clouding on both eyes
