Primal defense and CF warning

Hi there! I experienced something in the last month very detrimental to my health so I wanted to give you all a warning. I have been raw for 11 months, and at the beginning of my CF, my PH was 4.5! I got up to 7.0 within several months. However, my PH always drops when I get an infection. I had the stomach flu twice, first for 8 days, and this second time I'm on my 12th day. (this flu has put 2 of my friends in the hospital). Anyway, just before the flu came around, I did a 24 hour dry fast, like I always do Thursdays. But this time, I took primal defense, a strong probiotic, when I finished the fast. Since that day, my lymph nodes have been extremely tender under my arms, a symptom I've never experienced before. (I also have very achey FB. (I lost all symptoms of FB when my PH got up to 6.2, many months ago). So it's possible that this nasty flu has really hurt my body, but also possible it's primal defense. I know canada has banned it because they say it has spore based probiotics in it. I wonder if my low immunity from the flu suddenly couldn't keep up with these organisms? Any thoughts?
