Urine never changes to ammonia

I have been interested in urine therapy for years. I want to use old urine externally, but there is a problem:

Although erveryone writes that urine changes to ammonia, mine almost never does.
I must have produced at least one hundred urine samples. Always a mid-stream sample from my first pee. I sometimes waited even weeks for the change to ammonia. But it only worked 3 times.


Please help me:
- What is the reason for this?
- What can I do to receive ammonia?

I want to use my urine externally, but after its change to ammonia.
