I've made a couple mistakes - new faster
Hi I'm new to fasting and I'm on day 20. I had been going great but I haven't lost anything in 3 days. I see that I did slip a couple times (though not in the last three days) by having a teaspoon of natural peanut butter. I've also chewed and spit out a couple apples ( I've read this increases hunger...but I'm ok at suppressing that)is there another reason chewing is bad?
Also, once a week I get up way too early to juice. I've tried
juicing and storing it overnight but it's terrible (I even got a thermos but it still tasted awful) So as a compromise I bought the protein Naked juice for breakfast - is that acceptable?
I'm trying to figure out why the zero loss (all the things I mentioned I've also done while still losing.) The only thing I can think (other than injuring my foot) would be that I started adding banana's to a couple of the juices...it really more purees than juices though. And I started trying peaches or other fruit instead of apples.
I'm discouraged..it's been my first shot and I thought I was doing pretty good but now :(
