Testicle pain

Last few weeks I've noticed a bit of testicle pain in my left testicle, it comes and goes and isnt unbearable just like a bit of an ache. Someone meantioned testicles can "twist" and that may be an explanation. What causes them to twist, or what otehr issue could it be? WHat test should I ask my Dr to do to rule out anything serious? I may be wrong but sometimes when I pee I feel a bit of a click as well like somethings clicking back in to place - again not painful and its one click not anything else. Tweet
