ozone safety question

I recently purchased this ozonator:

I only ran it for 5 mins for a glass of water and the kitchen had a really strong smell of ozone, is there any dangers to breathing this on a regular basis? Also my medium sized dog came into the kitchen and immediately started to sneeze which he never does normally is there any risks for my dog?

And how much ozonated water should I drink each day?

I also have reduced kidney function is there any risks to my kidneys?
