All good stuff and contributes to the awakening. Consciousness has to be brought up in our lives constantly because of the habit of living on different levels of consuming goods. Throw out after use. Treating ourselves with no respect.
Lot of people don't even know what respect is. They think that if you don't agree with their ideas you are not showing respect ! Lots of other aspects too but we are on the rife forum and my purpose was just to put my two cents into contribution.
