Help! Surgery or what? What do I do?? Help!

Dear MH,
I did a parasite cleanse and am blocked up and sick. Can worms cause blockages? I hope a colonic will help tomorrow. Otherwise I have a blockage that won't move. What else would cause such blockages other than tumors... I have been using oxypowder O2 cleanser for 2 years. I have been constipated for quite a few years. Now last night Oxypowder won't work. I am feeling terrible after 12 days of parasite herbs. I did a colonic last week.
