These two studies demonstrate the protective effect of plants on our DNA. This, along with other studies (http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1880732#i), demonstrates the science in the field of epigenetics and the ability of fruits and vegetables to not only maintain healthy DNA, but also to reverse the effects of chemicals and medications that lead to cancers and other diseases through their opposite effect on our DNA.
