biological dentist in the UK?

hi everyone
Can anyone recommend a good biological dentist in the UK (england) ?
I am considering having a wisdom tooth extracted, the biological dentist approach is to pull the tooth and all fragments , plus complete removal of the periodontal ligament plus cleaning of the site/socket with a burr and curette to gently scrape the jawbone.
if anybody can recommend a dentist that can do this or has any thoughts I'd be very appreciative!
