Thanks for that #76796. I bought both biotin (1000ug) and MSM and took them without success, but here is why. I wasn't taking enough biotin, I was only taking about 2 pills each at 1000ug. I read a study done by a scientist called DM Mock who is an expert on biotin. I believe it was one of his papers said higher levels (but I forget).

Long story short, I started taking 10 pills of 1000ug per pill 5 pills morning 5 pills later in the day. I have seen very good results in as few as 3-4 days, not perfect but redness gone and reduced dryness.

From my research SD is related to zinc & b vitamins, you could not be taking enough or not absorbing them due to internal issues.
