I noticed some very strange and interestig spontaneous emotional releases during the first week of my program, as well. I got very weepy about the second day into it, then about a week later, one day I was just completely slap-happy all day, I was really energized and up late watching something on TV that was pretty dumb but struck me funny in the mood I was in, and laughing like crazy segwayed right into crying for no apparent reason. That was weird, but I knew it had something to do with the homeopathics, and I know all the physical stuff is wrapped up with the psychospiritual. I've noticed, as well, that subtler approaches are often better for me IF they are really right on target. The "macro" style treatments and cleansings were necessary, I think, when I started out in much more toxic and twisted state, but I'm much more sensitive now to subtler energies.

Well, I figured it was too much to hope for that my menstrual headache would disappear this early in the game, and I'm feeling pretty lousy today, but I'm still up and around and working, which is more than I can usually do this time of the month, so I'm sure that's a good sign.
