5% Lugols is more than strong enough. there is no such thing as 7% or 10% lugols. there isnt even 2% lugols. there are exceptions but they are just that and not to be found on ebay.

for what we do here there is lugols, a 5% aqueous solution of elemental Iodine made with water and potassium iodide. when the american DEA decided they didnt have enough to do(not being able to stop the cia heroine from hitting our streets) they made it a regulatory offense to sell or buy more than one ounce of Lugols without a permit. the one ounce exception was madedue to input during the comment period from people saying they were taking Lugols as a mineral supplement. enterprising entrepreneurs such as jeff at jcrows invented the 2% lugols nomenclature in order to sell a product below the limit and thus be able to sell more than one ounce at a time. there is absolutely no health benefit to this at all - purely economic. 2% lugols is is 5% lugols cut with water in a 2:3 ratio. period. end of difference. in defense of jeff, this is just giving people what they want. he is a good business man and the only place i send people for lugols. his product and service are flawless. he has done that, not anyone else. his folk medicine literature is intersting and helpful but promotes low doses. this is his greatest error, the dosing. i believe he keeps it this way to avoid further interference from the government(my opinion only). this is congruent with his acumen as a good businessman. i do not speak for him nor he for me.

as far as addressing your yeast bloom with iodine, aint gonna happen. Iodine helps, it helps everything. it is not a cure for systemic yeast. you need another strategy.
