I'm sure you'll be so happy with the sheet, I've had mine for months now and it's one of the best things I've ever done for myself.

Just wanted to let you know that when you order the kit it comes with the book.  I know it doesn't say that on their website but I've ordered 3 or 4 kits now and each time I get the book with the kit.  So if it's not too late maybe you can cancel the Amazon order and save that money!
