what you are going through is classic toxicity that comes when your body is cleaning itself out. I got like that when I was doing a 30 day lemon fast. When you body starts really getting to the nit and gritty of toxins that are embedded in your body you will feel this way....so whatever you are doing or using is working.

You will need to cleanse all of the stuff that is in your body. I will also recommend you scale back a little what you are taking and doing until you feel a little better and then start using it again.

Sorry I dont have any particular products to reccommend - but you can ask any good health food practitioner or go to a help food store and find a knowlegable person there and ask what can you take to lessen "detox effects" usually there are teas that can make the experience better.

Also, a good gental but effective colon cleanser is probably a good thing to practice too.

When trying to kill or correct or detox...it is like a process. You will most always need some type of colon cleanse and something to strengthen immune system used in "conjunction" with what you are taking. If you are trying to kill candida it is always a good idea to take any type of "immune boosters" when you have killed much of the bad out of control candida so that you dont boost your bad candida as well.
