...I plan to rent warehouse space, first to provide a depot to sort bottles and cans for income for disadvantaged folks; then to pay for the building; then to give me space for my other projects...one of which is 'downsizing', hopefully to allow those who need it low-cost belongings.
There is far too much 'storage rental' space going into the cost of owning 'stuff'.
What we need, I believe, is daily/weekly sorting of 'stuff'.
A friend advises getting rid of 10 things at a time.
Whatever your eye falls upon that can be disposed of, goes.
Another thing she likes is a slanted surface for desks, etc. Clutter never accumulates there. She puts a cardboard box next to that furniture.
