Does long-term use of Chinese licorice root cause a potassium imbalance? I have been having a very dry mouth lately and some cramping in my toes and legs. The only things I have changed in my routine is adding the LR, stopping magnesium for a couple of weeks because of loose BMs and decreasing my buffered Vitamin C (which has calcium in it). Could any of those cause an imbalance? I am trying to get my nutrients by food when possible so any food suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
