Raw garlic will 'burn' the skin if left on for any length of time. However, garlic burns off moles, skin tags and cancerous bumps & lumps. If you use raw garlic to burn something off, be sure that the garlic is only on the 'something' and not on the normal skin.
To my knowledge, ACV doesn't have any special wound healing properties. The best wound healers I know of are cayenne alone or cayenne/slippery elm, or just plain slippery elm (mixed with water and made into a paste, or with water, or packed in 'dry'). Of course, the Wound Pack Powder (that we haven't yet had time to list in our Apothecary, but I think I recall you have some of) would be perfect for packing a wound.
