i like what you way about trying it for this and that. it fits right in to the main truth about health that i have discovered - you cant have health without the basics. beginners in self health should have two main foci - restoring the basics and cleansing out the accumulated crap. the basics seem like they are automatic but the industrial oligarchy has made sure that is not the case. start with oxygen. supplement it. use it to alkalize and cleanse. one must learn to be oxygenated. aerobic activity is a must. hydration is number two. a little salt and water can go a long way to fix many things in the body. dehydration and drought are the number one source of most symptoms. and third is deficiencies. prince among these is Iodine deficiency. correct that one first so you can see where you really stand nutritionally. then diet creates the rest - one that is raw, living and local will serve anyone the best. fermentation of food has become essential.
