......that is a bumpy transaction you had with them but glad for you, you finally received your refund from them for non-receipt of order. Their payment system could be improved which seems to cause some confusion when payment does not go through so you re-enter it again causing more confusion and the tracking system requires one to track again in your own country. Customs should notify you if they hold your package but there are times when an item just disappears.
I hope to receive my purchase sometime shortly but the problem I had yesterday appears to be the result of listening to an earlier mobile message without realizing it, so it was my misunderstanding on this occasion.
