if its truly saturated(no more crystals will dissolve in it at room temp) and you have a tapered pipette on your dropper, about 30mg per drop. but if you have any kind of syringe, just pull the plunger out and use it as a graduated cylinder. if it is truly saturated solution of KI then count the drops it takes to equal 1ml and divide that number into 1000 to get the mg per drop(droppers and techniques vary).
