If the anti federalist only knew the truth about how really, really bad common law was they have to read the History of the American Bar on atgpress. Common law was the poor man's hell. Here is some proofs I sent to John Wilson who just seems to love common law.

That's what you are dealing with John. If You pull Benedict on Admiralty 7th Ed. Vol 1 and 2 of the 26 vol set. It will trace Hammurabi all the way to present time. It was the creation of Admiralty / Maritime Law, The International Law of Nations. It started in India and China went to Europe , became Roman Law. was adopted by England. Went to America and America, Really the United States corporation, brought it inland in 1857, which no other country had done. They do now. The UCC is the source for admiralty law. If you don't believe me read , Southworth Machinery Co. Inc. vs F/V Corey Pride et al. 1993 AMC 2261. John, you will be shocked when you read this from the case on page 2266, " Reverse Erie-doctrine which requires that substantive remedies afforded by the States conform to governing federal maritime standards". John, all States operate under admiralty commercial law regardless what patriot myth says.

America as well as England and your Australia, operate on the basis of Admiralty law. All courts of the world adopted Admiralty ( Hammurabi Law) as their basis of operation. So did all the countries base their law on this as they are all commercial law. That's all they had in 1600 BC, it carried over to today. So any court you deal with is a private commercial court. This is what I have been telling you for years. I had to get you to recognize, by the question I threw at you on Hammurabi what you are dealing with. The only real law that trumps present day law of nations is the Lord Almighty's law. But people don't want that law yet they call themselves Christian? So you see John, the people were fed a bill of myths, not Rights. They lost God given rights when they became members of the establishment called government. I know you are not familiar with American TV, but back in the 70's there was a show called the Untouchables where Elliot Ness, a true man in the FBI, went after organized crime called the Mafia. Yes John, when you read Benedict on Admiralty you see in there that even cars come under admiralty as commercial vehicles subject to registration licensing and statutory Maritime law that emanated from the Law of Hammurabi. People simply believed the corporation and went down to register the car and it immediately lost a consumer good designation in the UCC and became a piece of commercial equipment subject to being insured and requiring a Driver License.

See how blindly people follow corporate dictate. Only because they have been dumbed down by their private corporate educational system to make people lose any deductive reasoning and logic in thinking? People have no clue they are dealing in commerce and always have with private corporations hiding under the premise of a warm fuzzy feeling of government. John, Admit it, we did it to ourselves when lulled into becoming a member of the Private corporations as a citizen/ resident in contract by our own consent to become artificial entities, which explains the need to capitalize our names to indicate we no longer have the status of MAN but now operate in the CHARACTER of an artificial entity called PERSON in their private corporation, only having PRIVILEGES they deem we ought to have as a subject/ serf/ slave that is stripped clean of most anything we think we own. As a member they throw out we have representation.

We don't, as Lysander Spooner said, They represent the corporation and have to protect that corporation at all costs and they say, to hell with the dupes that think we will do their bidding. No, John it's one huge Fraud fostered on us all. Since it is a private corporation they can say they have immunity from it's members when we attack them. But under CONTRACT, they are vulnerable under International Law of Hammurabi for they are under commercial law as stated by the Clearfield doctrine, Clearfield Trust Co. v. US, 318 US 363 (1943).

This case explains the Clearfield Doctrine;

" Governments descend to the level of a mere private corporation and takes on the character of a mere private citizen [where private corporate commercial paper (securities) are concerned]". . . "For purposes of suit, such corporations and individuals are regarded as an entity ENTIRELY separate from government." Bank of US v. Planters Bank, 9 Wheaton (22 US) 904, 6 L. Ed. 24

And John, here is why I kept telling you there are no " common law" courts. This is from an admiralty case B & W Taxi Co. v B & Y Taxi co. 276 US 518, wherein he is telling you that the common law is a fallacy.

"Books written about any branch of the common law treat it as a unit, cite cases from this Court, from the Circuit Court of Appeals, from the State Courts, from England indiscriminately, and criticize them as right or wrong according to the writer's notions of a single theory. ... If there were such a transcendental body of law outside of any particular State but obligatory within it unless and until changed by statute, the Courts of the United States might be right in using their independent
judgement as to what it was.

BUT THERE IS NO SUCH BODY OF LAW. THE FALLACY AND ILLUSION THAT I THINK EXIST CONSISTS IN SUPPOSING THAT THERE IS THIS OUTSIDE THING TO BE FOUND. Law is a word used with different
meanings, but law in the sense in which courts speak of it today does not exist without some definite authority behind it." Emphasis mine.

Hit them back by saying that it is true that the English common law has been done away with but the Lord's common law still exists. Sorry but the English Common Law is the law of this land, because the supreme court uses it exclusively. They have to under the King's dictate under the Treaties.

Read The American Bar Journal No. 6, June 1938, (unbound Vol.XXIV), an article titled "What Has Happened to Federal Jurisprudence? by Albert J. Schweppe.

The English Common Law that is used was bastardized by the King AFTER the year 1066 and became Patriarchal (public policy) law when William the Conqueror took control. That is what we have today.

The common law you want is God's Natural Common Law. Under the English Common law, after being conquered by William, the English people no longer owned their land by allodial title; they lost the use of the forests because William took them as preserves. When you read The History of the American Bar by Charles Warren you will see that the English people despised the common law as being tyrannical and harsh, John.

This is what you want when you say common law? I think I have placed enough evidence before you that you are going to have to look at things in a different light.
