Does Vermox (Mebendazole) kill yeast as well?

I recently had a bout of pinworms which I took Vermox for, and it got rid of them pretty well after taking just the one tablet. But the other thing i noticed was the dramatic improvement in the yeast related issues i've been fighting for the past 5 years or so. It only lasted a couple of days but my Seborrheic Dermatitis , white tongue etc. was pretty much gone during that time. Is this just a side effect of the vemox, or could i have been fighting the wrong thing all this time? Thanks
