Sometimes breasts swell in the detox phase but it's only temporary. A lot of toxins are being moved around and it may be a temporary inflammation.

I've never heard of any woman whose breasts stayed swollen on iodine.

Good luck. Let us know how you make out. I wish I knew about Iodine at your age.
