back to the original question--
why cayenne especially, since there are hundreds, if not more, varieties of peppers.
I'd really like to know what it is especially about cayenne, or point me in a direction that I can read about the whys.



and re: too much acid. What about those who chronically have low stomache acid?
I'm one of them. It's thought by some to be a trait common to A blood types.


About oranges. I went into convulsions as a baby with orange. I don't eat/drink them. It's kind of the way you are (MH) with coconut. I do however, love grapefruit, lemon, lime.
