Nice find, Maniek.

I raised my body temp from 36 C ish to 37 C ish on iodine, but it took a year or so. I am now steady on 37-37,4 C; the latter is when I feel at my best. (Usually it is lower in the morning, higher in the evening.)

Enzymes are very temperature dependent, and one of the reasons why hypo T`s bodies doesnt work very well; all from the brain (slow, brainfog) and digestion (constipation)
-is because their low temperature.

The Barnes test was what made me realize I was hypo T, together with the Ithyroid guy.
