Re: how to loose candida with little money
Cheap things that help me (the first list is things that kill some candida, but for all of them you should try to rotate them around so the candida cannot become resistant, and try to take probiotic foods from the second list at a different time of day than the things from list 1, in case the things from list 1 harm the probiotics)
Raw garlic (not on empty stomach, otherwise nausea)
Tea tree oil, a drop in water (even though bottle says not to use internally, I do at this low dose)
Cloves, the cooking spice
All of the above are cheap, even the tea tree oil since it is used in such small amounts. The garlic and cloves you can use in larger amounts, but they do not cost much either.
Now for probiotic food, which you make yourself and costs much less than expensive capsules:
Buy a yogurt maker. It is a little electric gadget. Put milk, or even cabbage broth works too, in it, and add the inside of just one probiotic capsule. Let the gadget do it's thing for 8 to 14 hours, and if you get a tart tasting result, it worked. If it did not work, the capsule you used was not good. But buying a bottle of good probiotic capsules, once you have one, will go a long way multiplied in a yogurt maker like this.
Also, this is free, and helps some people: try to eat your carbs earlier in the day rather than later. If i eat even just a little starch for dinner, I get a little more candida problem, but if I eat starch at breakfast and lunch then no problem.
