Re: Stomach acid/adrenal build up- please advise. Hv

Anytime I take adaptogen herbs as reccomended on many of your posts I experience sensitivity issues in my right eye, including any bitter herbs I try. Isn't this reaction usually in relation to adrenal problems, or my guess is it might be autoimmune related. Anyway, do you think I should persist with the herbs that help with my adrenals and producing stomach acid, or just keep trying to find some that don't invoke such a reaction?

What exactly do you mean by "sensitivity"?  Light sensitivity? Pain? Something else?  Any foods or anything else also create this such as reactions to allergens?
