Are artifical points the same as natural points?

My question to everyone is regarding healing.

I am considering buying crystals and I do not know if the artificial points (termination created by the cutter) are considered equal to natural points (natural termination). My gut feeling is that I want/need natural termination. Actually I would like to find double terminated crystals, but they seem to be difficult to locate. The crystals I have found are large but look cut and polished. I want the real deal. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Thank you everyone. Tweet
