I didn't find any info on what the researchers deemed to be a low-carb diet, and whether the carbs were "complex carbs" (natural) or "processed carbs" (unnatural).
I also see the study included as much protein as the participants wished, which smacks of the Atkins Diet; this diet was discredited by many as harmful.
