Thank you for your words of advice.

I intend to never stop fighting.

Bought so many herbs and now I don't know how to mix and match them.

getting good resolve from:-

Olive leaf power
bhumy amalaki
erythraea centaurium
cloves

After taking these my stomach starts making sounds and I feel them in my colon. Just hope I'm not causing more scattering..

I take them 3 times a day.
