Sleeping and Earthing

I had a makeshift earthing setup with a plug connected to the wire which was connected to what I made a bracelet. I found sleeping with something wrapped around my ankle or wrist was like wearing a shackle. I did it a while and it inhibited me from cuddling with my partner and rolling over.

What the solution was was to have either a sheet or a strand of conducive fabric connected to the grounding cord. Tweet
