For most of the day I am about 7.0 through diet. But I do tend to dip once a day to 6.5 or below and may take some baking soda & lime juice (with lots of water to protect my kidneys) to bring it back up. If I stay at 6.5 or go lower I get really draggy.
Is it true there are no health problems associated with high alkalinity, as I read on one site?
Does it hurt me to be at 8.0 or 8.5? I always feel fine at those levels - also they don't stay that way all day.
