I've moved to this forum because of my modifications to the MC. I've done about 3 to 4 10 day Master-Cleanse per year for the last 4 years.
Started Master-Cleanse last Sunday and decided to use green and red stuff powders produced by a popular nutritionist from NYC, also drink organic green tea during the day because I simply didn't want to suffer through caffeine withdrawal.
It's been GREAT! Lost 14 lbs so far. Feel good, decent energy. Still drink the Master-Cleanse lemonaide once a day.
So far so good. My goal is 10 days. I also had a rash on my lower legs, off and on, since the end of the summer and it's alleviating on this cleanse. I am using the lax tea in the AM and PM, so surprised that I still have BM's? Small but WOW. I may try the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the AM tomorrow.
