Did you do systematic, frequent-dose chelation, using a method like the Cutler protocol? A few months is not enough time. It took me 6 months of frequent-dose chelation before I noticed improvement. It would likely take many months or some years before all the metals are out.
I would like to say that holding in bowel movements is a very bad idea. BM's are one of the main ways your body gets rid of toxins. I once read about a woman who held her BM's in for so long her large intestine burst. This was after she noticed that she had been gaining a lot of weight. I shudder to even think about it.
If you were holding your bowel movements while you were chelating, then a lot of the metal may not have been flushed out of your system.
