Me too..I *have the fear but as time goes by you will become desensitized.

If you feel a worm coming up you can drink certain homemade solutions.

Do a search for *worms throat* and read about others experiences. That helped me when I thought one was coming up.

I know it's scary but you got to do what you got to do.

Which is cleansing.
