So to clarify, you believe that 'No Growth' reading for E.Coli isn't such a good thing?

I know that you've had some success with faecal transplants, so can appreciate why you'd recommend this form of treatment. However I still believe it's a little extreme, given that - on paper at least - my gut condition isn't too bad.

I wonder if there are any methods to increase E.Coli to 'beneficial' levels, without using faecal transplants?
