Oh alright. I'll stop it. Sorry to be so.... so.... b@z**tchy. It's just that I was in such a dang hurry at first to do these liver cleanses. And I was so frustrated when I didn't get any stones out the first time. Now I'm in a gentle rhythm that's just right but I had to stop being impatient. Consistency is important. Grrrr.
