No help from doctor - testicle pain and swelling

Went to see a urologist earlier this week. On that day, of course, I had no symptoms. Before he saw me I had a pelvic X-ray; no cracks or breaks visible. Also had a Doppler ultrasound of my scrotum; no problems detected. He did a short manual exam and pronounce me "normal". Suggested if I had more pain or swelling I take pain relievers. That's it.

Now, two days later, I am in pain again and my scrotum is visibly swollen. Do not know what to do. Does anyone have ideas about remedies that could ease this pain and swelling? Tweet
