Fresh fruits and vegetables (ORGANIC), vegetable/fruit juices (straight from juicing), getting adequate vitamin D through sunshine best case scenario worst case D3 supplements, turmeric (I have heart about adding the black pepper) as well as eating nuts/seeds to get adequate minerals such as selenium, zinc, etc. Taking a billion supplements and enzymes which may or may not work is not something a cancer patient needs, go with shit that WORKS.
