For a month I had pain in the fingers and other parts of my right hand, specially in the morning, after the night sleep. It made painful and difficult to squeeze a lemon and things like that.
I read somewhere that bathing it in water peroxide (H2O2) could help.
I figured out that some kind of crystal acidity got stuck there and I thought that
SODIUM BICARBONATE (NaHCO3) could work even better. It is also absolutely cheap.
I soaked my hand for about ˝ hour in warm water with plenty of SODIUM BICARBONATE
and the pain is GONE!
