Gut friendly antibiotics.

For the past 3 years I have had an on going battle with chronic sinusitis.

2 weeks ago I just had a septoplasty done and my sinuses are draining green/brown mucus in the morning with my nasal rinses. The pressure in my frontal sinuses has returned already.

When i take Antibiotics I get horrible larynx reflux that burns my neck , and terrible diarrhea.

I was wondering...

-What's the most gut friendly Antibiotic I could take orally?
- Does anyone know the name of any IV or nebulizer Antibiotics that they would have in Canada?
- Is there a good sinus Antibiotic that can be either crushed or have an open capsule , to which someone could add to a sinus rinse(without hurting)?

Any other alternatives or suggestions would be great.

Thanks.
