Re: probiotics and hypoglycemia

I started taking my probiotic supplement at night before bed on an empty stomach. Is there any reason that could contribute to my waking with a blood sugar crash in the morning? I do not usually eat before bed and have no issues.

Eating before bed will increase blood sugar levels since glucose being produced is not being used up for energy.  Therefore, this could lead to a rebound hypoglycemic reaction in some people.

Also, is there any harm in boiling DE water for tea? I thought it was a good way to get more in.

No, this will not harm the DE.
