Spam, Commercial Gimmicks

After careful consideration and listening to both stories, I have come to the conclusion that it seems spammy to me. Both guys now have websites selling things and their story. The first guy who lost 170 pounds seem to be pushing real hard. He went on extended water fast and then juicing and more. Yes, he was grosely overweight but I don't see the need to rush so much. 200 pounds in one year will cause the man to have serious sagging skin and the need for cosmetic surgery.

My sister had gastric bypass and loss 100 pounds and she had to have a full body surgery done. I am in favor of raw food diets if done safely. I am not in favor of dangerous encouragements for the sake of commercial gimmicks. Had the dieters not opened up websites asking for donations, it may have been different. If you go to the You Tube page you will see they were marked as spam by many viewers not just me.

So go on a raw food diet, use a rebounder and see a doctor periodically, but don't be crazy about it. He encourages people to do a 20 day water fast and that in itself may be dangerous. You need to start water fasting slow and build up. I know. Juice feasts can be dangerous if you have a lot of built up toxins in your body, so again beware of long extended fasts. Start slow and then extend.

May everyone be encouraged by the videos and then think before they act.

Sara
