take 50mg of iodoral per day along with your same amount of SSKI you have been taking.

try to space the iodoral out over the day. one every two hours would be good. they are 12.5mg caplets so four of those per day. if you have the 50mg tablets, cut them in half and take half in the morning and half in the afternoon. you can take the SSKI in the morning.
