Re: anxiety, blood sugar problems - help!

Becki, one of the simplest things to do to start with, might be, to get some Miso from a health food store. Unpasteurized. "genmai" or "hatcho" type. And start making yourself some simple miso broth. This you will drink instead of anything else but water or fresh juice. (Do you have a juicer?) You do this by blending a T. of miso with a little water, to dissolve it, then add this to a cup of hot boiled water. The idea is doing it this way preserves the vitamins and enzymes. You get lots of B vitamins from this, and other good stuff, which you are sorely in need of. There is no point taking anything from a pill or capsule. You need live, living food.

And for someone who's essentially starving, this would be good to have once or a few times a day. It is very soothing.I would also teach myself EFT. It is NOT difficult, and can be done just as you are sitting and feeling no energy to do anything else. Or when you feel any anxiety. teach yourself: http://www.tapintoeft.com/new-to-eft/default.html No more white anything, as food. >> No matter what colour it is after baking and glazing. :-)

When you re-educate your body, you will find that you will only crave good things.

when you feel a little more 'grounded' and less empty and anxious, you'll have the energy to look into raw foods, and "slippery elm gruel", which might be VERY good for you, to rebuild your strength and health. As a side benefit to learning a new way to eat, think and live, you can get off the insulin. It's not rocket science, although the MDs would have you believe it is. Have faith. Best, C

PS-- very important!!!No pops or fake liquids. And try to get sun every day. If you feel you need to put something on as "sunscreen" use only atiny bit of coconut oil. And good for you, for getting off the drinking. EFT can help dissolve all the 'stuff' that is buried under the anxiety.
