The method of generating chlorine dioxide from chlorous acid was discussed here on CureZone over 2 years ago.

In addition, there are papers describing how this is done going back to the 1950's.

It is wonderful that Jim Humble is now recognizing the difference between chlorous acid and chlorine dioxide.

Now, if he can figure out PPM concentrations, he will then be able review the safety of these chemicals.
