Testicle pain and swelling after straddle injury

Several months ago I suffered what I now know is called a "straddle injury". The very worst symptoms passed after half a day or so, and by a week later I felt nearly normal again. I didn't see a doctor.

Now I am having intermittent aches and pains, and sometimes swelling, in my testicles. It's getting pretty annoying. I went to see my regular GP, but by the time I could get an appointment with her, my symptoms were gone again. She couldn't find anything wrong. I continue to have problems, and now I have an upcoming appointment with a urologist.

Anybody with something similar? Any advice? It is spooky to me. Thank you! Tweet
