Re Mineralizing the Teeth

My new dentists' office seems like a good one, even though they're not holistic people. They are nice and they are pros.

They gave me a Rotadent electric tooth therapy machine and a bottle of Fluoridex, and they want to put me on "MI Paste", which is a tooth remineralizing formula that has propylene glycol in it, which is what car anti-freeze is made of. I like the Rotadent, but I have serious doubts about ever taking the Fluoride and MI Paste. I feel there must be more natural ways to mineralize the teeth. Got any tips?

I have acid erosion of enamel from citrus, etc.
